Tuition Policy
Dear Parents,
We would like to once again take the opportunity to thank you for choosing SEA Academy (SEA) for your childcare needs. In a effort to continue building a reliable and effective relationship we have implemented a new communication tool that will enable the daycare to communicate more effectively with parents. The new system is called One Call Now and will allow SEA to send out:
- Emergency notifications
- School announcements
- School closures
- Field Trips
- Power or water outages, etc.
To ensure that all parents are able to receive these notifications we will need you to complete the following steps:
If for any reason a child does not attend the center on Monday, the tuition will be due on the first day of attendance with no late fee applying.
- On your mobile phone please text the word “alert” to 22300. This will allow messages sent from SEA to come straight to you mobile device.
- Download the mobile app called “My Call Now”, available for Iphone and android. The mobile app has a number of features, including storing all messages sent in one location.
- Once app is downloaded, open the app and select “Connect with my group”
- Input your mobile phone number and hit Call Me!
- The system will then begin to validate your phone number and will call you.
- Once you receive the call press “1” to validate your number.
- Now you are set up to use your mobile app!!!
